The program

Strategys, in partnership with Edgenda, a Canadian firm with an expertise in leadership training, offers a program designed specifically for operational leaders (Managers and Supervisors): The «Leaders' Camp»

The Objectives
  • To support organizations in strengthening the skills of this category of personnel to the importance of their role;
  • To optimize the impact of «quality of supervision» on the outcomes and working environment in organizations;
  • To build a strong and competent management team with the following benefits:
    • Attracting and retaining good candidates;
    • Motivating teams;
    • Carrying on the corporate culture;
    • Creating a positive working environment;
    • Appropriate and achieve organizational results;

The Approach

The Leader Camp has an approach based on three (3) criteria:

  • Commitment
  • Learning in action and transfer to real work environments
  • Complicity and collaboration
The Practical side of the program
  • The curriculum is held on eight (8 modules) delivered at the rate of one (1) module per month;
  • Each module lasts one (1) day;
  • Practical schedules adapted to the fast pace these leaders often face;
  • Cohort of 15 - 20 participants made up of managers from the same organization;
  • External framework adapted to learning, exchanging and resolving organizational challenges.
